At Doo Prime, we believe that education has the power to transform lives and communities. Through our “Tech up with Doo” program, we have taken significant steps to support education for children in remote areas, especially those from ethnic minorities in Vietnam. Our mission is clear: provide access to modern technology and enhance learning experiences for these children, helping them unlock their potential for a brighter future. 

As part of the One Mission initiative, Doo Prime is committed to narrowing the educational gap by donating resources and fostering a culture of development and inclusion. We take great pride in the positive impact we’ve achieved and continue to make on this journey. 

The Heart of Our Efforts: Improving Education in Remote Areas 

To fulfill our core values of responsibility and community development, Doo Prime has focused its CSR efforts on Nguyen Trung Truc Middle School in Khanh Hoa, U Minh, Ca Mau, Vietnam.  

On September 5, 2024, we provided 12 computer sets to the computer lab of Nguyen Trung Truc Secondary School, helping to upgrade the overall infrastructure. These resources will enable students to study more easily and thrive in an increasingly digital environment. 

This initiative is a collaboration between Doo Prime and Mr. Hoang Hoa Trung, who was recognized by Forbes Vietnam as one of the Top 30 Under 30 in 2019. He is the founder of the “Nuoi Em” charity program, which has supported over 50,000 children with meals, facilities, and learning conditions since 2017. He also founded the “Phong Tin Hoc Cho Em” program, which has provided more than 2,000 computers to over 100 schools across Vietnam, bringing meaningful changes to the education of minority communities. 

On November 20, Doo Prime officially visited Nguyen Trung Truc Secondary School, where over 500 students and more than 30 staff members and teachers work. This was a great opportunity, coinciding with Vietnam Teachers’ Day, to further affirm Doo Prime’s commitment to preserving and developing the values of the local community. Our staff, along with Doo Prime’s representative, Mr. William Kang, spent an afternoon engaging with the students, discussing technology topics right in the computer lab we helped support. 

Through this experience, we gained a deeper understanding of the challenges that students and teachers face in learning and working here. We were truly moved by the resilience and unwavering efforts of the people who work tirelessly for the future of the country. 

Making a Tangible Impact: Results and Achievements 

Our “Tech up with Doo” has achieved significant results: 

• 12 Computers Donated: These computers are now helping to improve the learning environment at the school, providing access to technology for over 510 students. 
• Opening the Door to Technology: By donating these computers, we have helped students access the digital world, opening doors to future careers and dreams. 
• Contributing to the Community: Our efforts are part of a broader strategy to support education in Vietnam and contribute to the country’s socio-economic development by creating a strong foundation for the next generation of students. 

The feedback from our partners and stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive. According to Mr. William Kang, Doo Prime Viet Nam’s representative, donating the computers is just the beginning of our long-term commitment to Vietnam’s education system. “This initiative not only provides resources but also creates opportunities for students to grow in the digital age,” he said.
